- We use DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING. Your product can be delivered to you within 72-96h. Our average worldwide delivery time is 4 days from the moment customer places an order. Because of unexpected situations with Covid19, we want to make your that our clients understand that some delays can occur.
CORRECT SHIPMENT INFORMATION (Address, phone number and email address):
- Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete during the order process. The phone number and email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have a problem delivering your order. Larimelle.com does not use any of the information provided by clients for any other reason, rather than contacting you regarding your order.
- Larimelle.com is not responsible for any incorrectly entered address on your order and will not be hold responsible if the shipment is not delivered due to this reason.
- Please note that if your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, refusal to pay refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery, we will refund your order as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the handling fee of 40 USD or 140 AED. We will also subtract any other charges Larimelle.com has incurred during processing such as bank/paypal fees/currency conversion etc.
REFUND / EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY
- Our clothes are made with love in Dubai and we try our best to showcase all of our products and their true colors as accurately as possible on our website. We do understand that picking the right color and size fit may not be easy when choosing from the computer screen, therefore we provide multiple images on our website and Instagram account.
- Customer satisfaction is the most important for us, so if you have doubts about our products please do email us on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to payment.
- You must contact us first at email@example.com with the subject “Exchange” and explanation of your reasons prior to shipping. Please note that exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.
- We operate a No-Refund policy, however, if our product is in an intact condition and has not be worn, we can offer an exchange within 7 days from the date you received the package providing the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached with the original package.
- Returned item will be replaced by another at the same price, a handling fee of 20 USD has to be paid towards the second shipment. No refund will be given.
- We do not offer exchange for a “change of mind” or cancellation on any product.
- Larimelle offers our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Larimelle’s couriers or an import broker appointed by you.
